What is The Claim Central Incubator Program?

We’re excited to be launching the Claim Central Incubator Program – an innovative personal and professional development program.  It aims to bring together our career focused professionals who are ambitious and want to develope with the business. This program will fast-track career growth and enable secondment opportunities across our offices in Australia, New Zealand, United States, South Africa and Italy.

How does it work?

Over a 12 to 18-month period, you will be paired with our leaders and undertake a multi-pronged learning program to aid your development as a future leader including: personality profiling; world-class lectures; mentoring; market-leading training; and workplace assignments.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a rotation across our key services divisions: First Response; Assessing; and Repair. These have been designed to help you to learn about the different areas of our business and help you prepare for your next role, either locally or offshore.

What can you expect by participating in the Program?

The Incubator Program aims to deliver knowledge and experiences that enable participants to have a greater positive impact in their current roles and to further develop conscious leaders who will replicate our DNA as enablers of our people, our culture, systems and processes.

How long does the Incubator Program run for?

Enrolling in The Incubator Program commits you to a series of half-day sessions throughout the year.

How many positions are available?

There are 20 positions available for each round of the Program.

What if I miss out on this round?

If you miss out on participating in the 2018 round, you will have an opportunity to apply for the next round in 2019.

How will participants be selected?

All entries will be reviewed and participants will be selected for the 2018 program by Brian Siemsen, CEO, Claim Central Consolidated. Everyone will receive feedback on their application

How do I apply?

All Claim Central employees are eligible to apply to the Program if you’ve been employed by us as a permanent full-time or permanent part-time employee for six months or longer.

To apply for The Incubator Program, you will need to complete the online application form, plus complete the Management Evaluation Criteria by 28th February 2018.
