Claim Central Consolidated and Livegenic extend strategic partnership
9 May 2017, (Sydney, AEST): Pioneers of live video claims handling and digital claims management across the Asia Pacific, Claim Central Consolidated (CCC), and global provider of real-time video and documentation solutions, Livegenic, have today announced the extension of their strategic partnership.
Under the agreement, the venture will include an investment of capital from CCC, to support the ongoing development of real-time video communications, insurance ecosystem and media documentation capabilities to the Livegenic platform. The partnership will also focus on further expansion into US and Asian markets.
Livegenic’s suite of real-time video streaming, field loss documentation and customer service solutions are fully integrated into CCC’s digital claims management platform, ClaimLogik. The platform connects and manages all stakeholders in a claim, improving operational cost and efficiency, while enhancing policyholders’ claim experience.
Brian Siemsen, Chief Executive Officer, Claim Central Consolidated, said: “Our partnership with Livegenic has been growing stronger and stronger. By extending our ties, we will continue to foster an environment of innovation, and in turn facilitate greater customer value through the application of digital technologies.
“This is also another example of how Claim Central Consolidated and Livegenic are deeply committed to transforming the way claims are managed for the insurance industry, both locally and offshore,” he said.
Alex Polyakov, Chief Executive Officer, Livegenic, said: “I am delighted that Claim Central Consolidated has further strengthened its alliance with Livegenic.
“We are constantly pushing the boundaries to expand the capabilities of the Livegenic platform, to deliver great value to insurance organisations and their customers. This investment will allow us to increase scope and depth of our offerings, and to help move the insurance industry towards a truly digitally connected claims service experience.”
The two companies entered into a global partnership in January 2016.
