You are solely responsible for all use of your Wilbur Portal account and maintaining the confidentiality of all passwords and information associated with your use of the Wilbur Portal. You acknowledge and agree that sharing of passwords and account usernames and information is at your own risk, and We and our licensors will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or connected with your failure to comply with this security obligation. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your username and password. We will be entitled to assume that anybody who uses the username and password has your full authority to do so and We accept no responsibility for misuse or unauthorised access. We may in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Wilbur Portal for any breach or suspected breach of these Terms.
