How repair field supervision can result in better customer experience
Daniel Hammelswang is Claim Central Property’s Major Loss and Complex Claims Field Supervisor, who has been with us for 3 years.
Daniel has substantial experience in both the insurance and construction industries which he deploys into his work when managing large claims over $30k, through field supervision. From his previous role as an assessor for Claim Central, Daniel understands the full end-to-end claim process which has enabled him to ensure quality repairs and a satisfied customer outcome.
